Currently, our reception is staffed from Monday to Sunday from 7 am – 12 pm. Arrival is nevertheless possible around the clock. You will receive detailed arrival information when booking.

You can move into your room from 15:00 at the latest. In many cases, this is also possible earlier.

We kindly ask you to leave your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. A later departure is possible by arrangement and depending on availability.

A rich breakfast buffet awaits you in the main house from 7-10 am.

We offer parking spaces in the nearby multi-storey car park Nordstraße (Goebenstraße 2a, 40477 Düsseldorf) at a special price of 9.50 €/night or 30 €/week, payable on departure at the hotel. The parking garage is approx. 300m from the hotel. Please contact us if you would like to use this offer.

Both stops are within a minute’s walk. You can travel to the north or east entrance.

Messe Nord entrance: U78, direction “Messe/Merkur Arena”, from the “Nordstraße” stop (11-minute journey).

Messe Ost entrance: Bus 722, direction “Messe-Kongresszentrum”, from the “Venloerstraße” stop to “Messe Ost” or “Messe-Kongresszentrum” (15-minute journey).

City centre and main station: U78, direction “Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof” or U79, direction “Düsseldorf-Universität”, from stop “Nordstraße”, to “Heinrich-Heine-Allee” (1 stop) or “Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof” (4 stops).

Bus 721 from bus stop “Münsterstraße-Feuerwache” to terminal stop “Düsseldorf Flughafen-Terminal A/B/C.”(journey time 15 minutes). The bus stop is 600m away from the hotel.
