The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. and to hand in the room key at the reception. If you would like to leave before 7:00 a.m., please settle your bill by 8:00 p.m. the day before.

Please contact reception (tel. 8) if you need special bedding or are dependent on certain foods.

The nearest pharmacy (Europa-Apotheke) is opposite the hotel (Tel. 0211-496910).

There is a lift in the main building. Please do not use the lift in case of fire for safety reasons. There is no lift in the Dependance.

In case of fire, a loud siren will sound. In this case, please contact the reception (tel. 8) immediately.

In each room there is a plan of the emergency exits and escape routes in case of fire. Please look carefully at the escape routes. Never use the lift in the event of an accident.

There are several hairdressing salons in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Please contact the reception (tel. 8).

A rich breakfast awaits you in our breakfast room in the main house on the 1st floor.

For insurance reasons, we kindly ask you not to leave any valuables, jewellery or money open in your room. We cannot be held liable for lost valuables in your room. Please use the safe in your room (adjoining building) or leave your valuables in the safe at the reception (main building).

If your suitcase is too heavy, we will be happy to help you. Just give us a call at reception (Tel. 8).

Water, cola and wine, nuts and chocolate are in the room and in the minibar. Please fill in the minibar slip and hand it in at reception on your departure. The minibar is refilled daily. Other drinks are available in our bar next to the reception.

Our reception is staffed around the clock. Please hand in the key at the reception when leaving the house.

The hotel has 44 rooms, 23 single and 21 double rooms. In the main house there are 27 of the rooms, the breakfast room (1st floor) and the reception. The annexe has 17 rooms.

Please do not take your dog into the breakfast room.

You can get Wifi free of charge at our hotel. You can get the access code at the reception (Tel.8).

We have a small selection of chargers available at reception (tel. 8).

The entrance door is locked at night. The bell (night bell) is located on the right side of the main entrance. The night porter will open the door for you.

Button off? – No problem. You will usually find someone in our house who can help you. For larger repairs, we can recommend a nearby tailor.

There are numerous bus stops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Information and timetables are available at the reception (Tel. 8).

Trade fair / city centre

Messe Nord entrance: U78, direction “Messe/Merkur Arena”, from the “Nordstraße” stop.
Messe Ost entrance: Bus 722 in the direction of “Messe-Kongresszentrum”, from the “Venloerstraße” stop to “Messe Ost” or “Messe-Kongresszentrum”.
City centre and main station: U78, direction “Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof” or U79, direction “Düsseldorf-Universität”, from stop “Nordstraße” to “Heinrich-Heine-Allee” or “Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof”.
Bus 721 from stop “Münsterstraße-Feuerwache” to terminal stop “Düsseldorf Flughafen-Terminal A/B/C.”. (journey time 15 minutes). The bus stop is 600m away from the hotel.

We offer parking spaces in the neighbouring multi-storey car park Nordstraße at a special price of 9.50 €/night or 30 €/week, payable on departure at the hotel. The multi-storey car park is approx. 300m from the hotel. The reception (Tel. 8) will be happy to help you.

The letterbox is located directly in front of the hotel. You can buy stamps at the reception.

Our entire hotel is non-smoking.

Our hotel is equipped with smoke detectors. If the smoke detectors sound an alarm, please report it to us immediately (Tel. 8).

Cleaning:

There are laundry bags in your wardrobe for the laundry to be handed in at reception. Please refer to the list for prices.

If you hand in your laundry at reception by 09:00 on weekdays, you will receive it back one day later during the day. We are unable to offer this service at weekends. The hotel is not responsible for shrinkage, discolouration or if items are not colour fast.

Dry cleaning:

There are laundry bags in your wardrobe for laundry to be dropped off at reception. Please refer to the list for prices.

If you hand in your laundry at reception by 09:00 on weekdays, it will be returned to you the following day. We are unable to offer this service at weekends. The hotel is not liable for shrinkage, discolouration or if the items are not colourfast.

You can borrow umbrellas free of charge at the reception. In the interest of the other guests, please return the umbrellas after use.

Our reception is staffed around the clock. You can reach the reception from your room by telephone on “8”.

The rooms in the annexe have an electric safe in the wardrobe, which can be locked with a number code (see instructions). In the main house you can leave your valuables at the reception.

Please use the shoe polish machine in the main building (2nd floor) to the left of the lift door.

For security reasons, it is not possible to have someone call you directly in your room.

We will take your incoming calls at reception and then gladly connect you to your room. If you tell your caller your room number, we can put the call through at short notice. You can reach reception under the number “8”.

For outgoing calls, please dial “0” for an extension.

Have you forgotten your comb, toothbrush or other hygiene items? No problem. We have these items ready for you at the reception (tel. 8).

We will be happy to wake you up. Please inform the reception (Tel. 8) of your wake-up wish.

The bed linen is changed every three days. Would you like the bed linen to be changed more frequently? Please contact us (Tel. 8).

Please keep your money and jewellery either in your room safe or put them in the safe at reception.

A selection of daily newspapers is available free of charge at reception and in the breakfast room. A selection of magazines is also available at the reception.
